Salesforce- Business Systems Analyst/Systems Administrator

Location: 100% remote but will be required to travel into the office in Jupiter 2-4 times a month.
This person will have a significant role being the liaison between IT and Business Units. Significant opportunity to advance in this position as a center of excellence is eventually built out. This candidate will be working on a very small team looking into several facets of the organization. Different domain experience to be obtained. You will support the evolution of the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.

Must haves

• Candidates must be Certified Salesforce Administrators
• At least 3 years hands on Salesforce experience, preferably around 5. Candidates could have longer tenure working as a BSA but must be very adept at Salesforce to come into this role and actively contribute.
• Working in tandem as an admin, you will be managing users and performing day to day tasks in order to support business users. You must have strong in depth experience with documentation, gathering business requirements from front end and presenting BRD's. This role will not simply build reports and create users. You will be required to create, customize, edit, delete or truncate custom objects to extend the functionality of standard objects.
