Salesforce Business Analyst
6 month contract

I have a Salesforce BA contract written up for 6 months. This role will be fully remote for the foreseeable.

Day to Day tasks

• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, gather requirements, and work with the team to translate these into solutions
• Training users on the platform and ensuring it is utilised efficiently and effectively

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years Salesforce Administrator experience
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating into solutions, ensuring implementation and adoption is smooth
• Proven track record of successfully documenting and communicating complex business requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills
• Salesforce Admin and Dev certifications
