We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and a team of developers to deliver a modernized workflow management system for civilian federal agency. The Business Analyst will be part of agile team working with business stakeholders to analyze, define and documents requirements. The system is modernized using Salesforce platform.

Remote for time being

POST COVID – Fairfax, VA office

Travel to DC for customer meetings occasionally

Responsibilities: 

• Work with agile team of developers and collaborate with business stakeholders in fast paced environment to iteratively delivery a workflow management system using Salesforce (Lightning, Visualforce)
• Work with JIRA to define and document requirements
• Work closely with developers to define and document test cases
• Work with the developers perform manual functional and performance testing
• Create training documentation and conduct training for business users
• Ability to identify risks, issues, and impediments
• Great communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with team members in a cross functional, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to plan tasks and track progress across teams
• Sound business judgement and ability to escalate critical matters to management promptly

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on a modernization initiative delivered using Salesforce Development
• 6+ years’ experience with agile development environment
• Certified Scrum Master is a must
• Experience with federal agencies is preferred
• Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance
