Job Description

Duties:

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can help build and implement CRM and internal tools for Early Stage Partnerships (Payments, Commerce, Developer Partnerships). The scope of the role includes designing and implementing CRM (Salesforce and inhouse CRM) systems and related tools, data ingestion with the CRM engineering team.
• The ideal candidate will be a self starter who will be comfortable tackling internal business operational challenges, has excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather Business Requirements - Liaison with technical teams and business leads to drive business requirements and deployment of CRM.
• Create CRM and internal implementation roadmap (with the CRM and tools engineering team), and opportunities for internal tools and platforms, across Early Stage Partnerships - Payments, Commerce and Developer Partnerships.
• Create mechanism for internal tools roadmap development as well as a stakeholder feedback channel for new and existing tools.
•  Provide backlog management, iteration planning, user stories, workflow documentation.
• Drive CRM adoption once is developed. Help to deploy and maintain dashboard or other reporting.
• Design and implement process improvements. Build a sustainable model in the backend to collect data with the engineering team.
• Aggregate all partner data to deliver actionable insights and reports across the organization
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and prioritize according to business value and impact.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in CRM and other tools implementation and program
• Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM tools like Dynamics
• Proficient in Excel / SpreadSheets analysis and Powerpoint/Slides
• Demonstrated experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm for businesses and teams
• Experience scoping requirements and implementing tools across a large global organization
• Experience driving cross-functional projects from inception to execution Leadership and influencing experience - can lead/influence stakeholders

• Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines

• Preferably Salesforce Certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools within the technology space
• Salesforce certified
