SUMMARY
We currently have an immediate need for a Salesforce Business Analyst
The Salesforce Business Analyst will work with systems development teams, architects and client stakeholders to support and enhance a growing Salesforce environment. The role involves performing business analysis as well as supporting the Salesforce platform for a growing publicly traded organization. Your analysis and insight will serve as the basis for recommendations for Aviat to develop strategic opportunities through data-driven decisions. You will serve a critical and highly visible role, requiring the ability to develop strong working partnerships with our senior business leaders. You will get to know our unique business processes and how to build and maintain the systems that power them. You will be challenged to think creatively about how to reshape existing processes to become more efficient and scalable to contribute to the success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Administer overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
- Participate and collaborate with internal and external development and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution
- Daily administration of Salesforce incident tickets in troubleshooting, escalations, and resolution
- Update and own the Salesforce design documents, field mapping lists, etc.
- Maintain data quality by identifying duplicate records, cleansing, and updating inaccurate data
- Manage all new users provisioning, integration between Active Directory/SSO and Salesforce
- Develop customized fields and objects that improve workflows and reporting
- Test business applications and ensure performance is as designed: unit testing, integration testing, negative testing, and performance testing
- Work with custom workflow, notifications, approval processes, and Lightning Process Builder
- Perform functional analysis of our current business process and supporting documentation Lead meetings with our subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements
- Develop reports and dashboards for various teams
- Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of business process
- Responsible for development of business analysis deliverables
- Support project management in project planning activities
- Support and at times lead the preparation of test cases and associated deliverables
- Execute production rollout activities
- Prepare training materials and conduct training activities for system end users.
- Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support timeframes
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree a plus.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a Salesforce Administrator role for the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions.
- Experience in managing Salesforce helpdesk incidents
- Self-starter and self-directing learning and problem solving
- Experience evaluating business requirements and working with subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to develop task plans, manage time effectively across multiple simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation skills as well as the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical staff
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in team environment, but also self-motivated to produce results with minimal direction
- Ability to form working relationships with groups of people from varied backgrounds, experience, and education levels
- Willingness to adjust to and implement changing processes
