  • Working with Stakeholders who might not have much knowledge of Salesforce. Working with Business Customers who are not very technical.
• Writing Requirements 
  • Being able to write strong requirements without a lot of rework.
• Service Cloud Experience

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Service Cloud
• Experience with capturing requirements for integration needs for application and data integrations
• Experience with drawing business flows for integrations and business processes
• Experience with crafting user requirements from business interviews and requirements gathering
• Experience creating requirements for a green field Service Cloud implementation
• Experience creating acceptance criteria to be used for test case creation
• Experience with Jira for project execution and tracking user stories towards completion
