Kelly Services is seeking a SalesForce Business Analyst for a leading hospital and health care client in Chicago IL.

Job Title: SalesForce Business Analyst

Location: Chicago IL (Remote)

Type: Contract (W2)

Length: 12 months (Possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $47/HR

Description:

• Minimum of 2 years of Sales Cloud experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) system

• Previous Health Insurance Industry Experience a big plus

• Elicit requirements from Business Users to be able to understand business processes, assess the current state, and translate into Salesforce configurable solutions

• Working closely with the Business Architects and IT interpreting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements.

• Responsible for providing detailed, accurate and timely updates on project activities

• Familiarity of Agile Methodology

• Experience with Salesforce automation: process builder, approval workflows

• Knowledge of Salesforce Standard and Custom objects, fields
