The Content & Credentials Operations team at Coursera partners with Content Strategy, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing & Enterprise teams to drive revenue, craft and execute sales strategy, and lead all internal processes and systems to drive productivity. As the process and technology manager, you will support the C&C team. You will build and execute core operational processes - such as business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management, creating leverage for the overall business. In your role, you will also take up broad spectrum, strategic projects ranging from resource allocation models, sales productivity, maintenance and reporting on new sales enhancement processes You will work very closely with senior leaders in the C&C organization to quickly understand issues and implement solutions. Responsibilities: Partner with Content & Credentials leadership team and other key stakeholders to identify key strategic priorities for C&C business and define internal and external business processes to achieve those Plan, prioritize, collect requirements and deliver systems implementation projects by working with cross functional partners and Salesforce admins to drive adoption and change management as well as gather end users feedback. Participate in systems implementation projects (i.e. requirements documentation, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution). Drive the vision, scope and strategy of the Enterprise process and technology roadmap Work with our cross-functional partners (Content Strategy, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing & Enterprise) to ensure the successful execution of key projects, while continually finding opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements. Help find opportunities to improve partner team efficiencies and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies Participate and help steer global initiatives as appropriate and ensure that global initiatives are rolled out properly to every region/sector. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with sales or customer operations function with similar needs and job function 4+ years of Salesforce experience Salesforce Admin Certification Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets. Experience with spreadsheet and Looker/Tableau reporting BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, engineering or related field of study. Preferred Qualifications: Analytical thinker and structured problem solver. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort working in ambiguity Project management mindset on task execution. Management consulting experience is a big plus. Bonus: MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related field of study.
