Salesforce Business Analyst - London (remote start) - up to £60,000

As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in this end users Salesforce team. The team is expanding meaning there will be exciting new projects to work on when you join and that will give you brilliant scope to expand your skill set and progress from within. From day one, you will be the interlink between the business and technical teams, translating various requirements from a range of stakeholders to drive critical projects forward. Also, you will have a strong focus on designing and implementing improvements on Salesforce Documentation and Configuration within the instance, meaning hands-on experience within the platform is crucial. Training and supporting users will also be another major part of this role, so having previous experience of this will be an important skill to have.

Key Skills:

• Hands on experience with Salesforce (Lightning preference)
• Strong Salesforce Configuration expertise
• Previous experience in Business Analyst positions
• Extensive documentation skill set
• Gathering requirements from key stakeholders
