Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary: £60-80k + Benefits

Location: London (Remote)

Here at Techohana, we have an immediate requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in our end users Salesforce team, as they are constantly expanding and look to utilising their current staff with constant training to really push your career to the next stage.

The responsibilities in this role will include:

• Document user requirements to develop strategies with external stakeholders
• Identify at a high level, where there are gaps in existing systems
• Ensure the solution meets the requirements and expectations of clients
• Work directly with technologists to develop functional specification documents
• Act as the client liaison during development to ensure they understand what is being built throughout the process.

Skills and Experience required:

• 2+ Years’ experience in Salesforce Business Analysis
• Effective communicator both verbally and written
• Relevant Business Analysis certifications (desirable)
• Technical knowledge of data and platforms
• Strong experience in gathering requirements and generating reports
