Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a long term contract in Downtown Chicago with extensive Salesforce project experience to help on the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze the business requirements, work with various business and IT teams in identifying the data elements and preparing detailed specifications from which programs are written
• Work with business user to gather requirements
• Write user stories
• Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience with Salesforce.com administration, business analyst, or development
• Demonstrated expertise and experience with various CRM applications and relational database applications.
• Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning)
• Familiar with Agile methodology and User Story creation.
• Experience with migrating an instance to Salesforce Lightning a plus.
• Experience with migrating an instance to Financial Services Cloud a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce1 a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus.
• An understanding of Marketing Automation tools and how they interact with Salesforce a plus.
