Job Description:

• Conducting discovery workshop sessions with business stakeholders and product owners to document high-level requirements and user experience improvements in the existing e-commerce IT application systems
• Performing fit-gap analysis to identify system gaps, process gaps and recommend mitigation options for the systems involved (Salesforce, Ordering, Payment, Billing and NetSuite)
• Design Integration approach framework for consolidating data platforms and application systems as part of mergers and acquisition process
• Developing current state process capabilities and flow diagrams for Q2C, R2R process using Microsoft Visio tool and scheduled meetings with IT technical leads and solution architects to define the solution design for the end state system landscape
• Creating functional specification documents, user stories and end to end quote to cash process flows for the end state architecture
• Collaborating with program managers, IT and business sponsors to prioritize user stories into sprints and to plan the application development using agile methodology
• Creating user interface designs, wireframes and screen mockups using Gliffy tool to facilitate the application development
• Performing data configuration and data mapping as part of data migration activities from source to target system
• Creating and linking custom objects with standard objects using lookups and master-detail relationship in order to control object access to specific users
• Designing custom reports and dashboards using appropriate data filters and components to enable business users to analyze data points and make decisions
• Implemented Right to be forgotten process as part of GDPR compliance for Salesforce system and made sure all the privacy information are masked
