Job role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Troy, MI
Duration: 12 months

Role Description: The Salesforce Business Analyst would need to have at least 4-5 years of experience. In this role, you will consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences
- Propose change to policy/process when necessary to move forward with new designs
- Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues and gaps
- Analyze and propose solutions and other changes within the system per user /customer business needs
- Manage conflict and negotiation between teams and across organizational lines to drive towards the most effective solutions

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Platform and partner ecosystem
- Should have experience in functional testing on Salesforce based projects
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Must have Salesforce experience as BA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience
