An End User in the Financial industry based near Manchester are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the potential of the Salesforce platform is maximised across the business. Key Responsibilities

-Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, gather requirements, and work with the team to translate these into solutions

-Hands on configuration- Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder etc

-Training users on the platform and ensuring it is utilised efficiently and effectively

-Mentoring Junior team members

Key Requirements

-Extensive experience as a Business Analyst

-End to end Salesforce CRM implementations

-Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating into solutions, ensuring implementation and adoption is smooth

-Salesforce certificates beneficial

-Deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
