Salesforce Business Analyst Role Summary

Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

You will be responsible for helping to meet specific functional requirements, business needs/goals, and execution of our delivery business processes. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside a strong team of Salesforce professionals to assist in developing and deploying various large-scale enterprise solutions to clientele. You will be responsible for Salesforce configuration, training, testing, and post-deployment support.



Essential Job Functions

• Defining business requirements while working closely with team members, clients, and end users
• Deliver user stories by designing specific solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure user stories within Salesforce, AppExhange products, etc.
• Participate and drive key meetings with clients for requirement defining, demos, and end user trainings for successful business outcomes
• Working closely with developers and architects to verify the code, deployments, and solutions are meeting business requirements
• Create data flow diagrams and training materials for internal training sessions for clients and business users to help better understand user groups and their preferred functionalities
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 6 months of hands on experience using Salesforce to develop business solutions, configuration, validate of rules and workflows.
• Experience working in a professional services environment ideal
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to leverage AppExchange products for developing solutions
• Experience collaborating with business partners, stakeholders, clients, etc.
• Software Development Lifecycle understanding
• Salesforce Admin Certification

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal team members, clients, stakeholders, etc.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a new businesses need
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and requirements while working effectively in a team environment
