Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for operational guidance and project management of all commercial driven sales projects. This individual leads sales operations priorities and works cross-functionally with departments to include, but not limited to, Business Development, Client Experience Marketing, on pre and post sales activities to help sales leaders make data-driven decisions by leveraging data modeling, analytics, and reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project evaluation and adherence to Value Based process metrics providing insights that provide best practices and adherence to them Operational guidance and project management for commercial driven sales projects Responsible for leading all sales projects and project outcomes focused on hospital pull-through, physician adherence to new marketing insights, team execution on promotional projects Works cross-functionally with client experience, business development and hospitals to prepare outcome-based strategies for new and existing business development opportunities Partner with leadership and Business Development team on project outcomes for delivering tactics to meet project needs Sales reporting and developing insights from physician level sales and sales process Support Commercial Analytics for driving insights on Sales Performance, Campaign Management and Market Access. Evaluate metrics and deliver insights around sales force ROI, hospital team ROI, time to close, lead to close, valuation of customers for right product mix, and pull-through of product mix by customer, creating customer potential valuation across product lines Develop quarterly sales analytics by territory, including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales performance with monthly KPI metrics for insights and actions Knowledge, Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years business, healthcare, andor data analyst experience required Bacheloraposs degree required Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Salesforce Administrator Certification highly preferred Extensive first-hand experience with Salesforce and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity Familiarity with healthcare economics helpful, including knowledge of the impact on physician practice and managed care environments Demonstrable knowledge of sales business processes including forecasting, territory and quota setting, and lead to order funnels Strong interpersonal and team building skills ability to work with a diverse team and influencedrive change across functional and business boundaries IND123
