Job Description:

• Expert BA and data analyst with in depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com packages (aleast 4+ years of experience on project)
• Must be Salesforce Certified BA
• Should be able to perform the BA and configuration tasks in salescloud
• Should be able to troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo
• Have prior experience using 3rd party tools like LinkPoint, Apttus, Conga and Clicktools package
• Should be able to configure tableau dashboard (does not need to be expert)
• Should be able to configure Marketo Cloud
• Must have interacted with ETL team (informatica jobs) and do RCA on bugs
• Should be a expert in Selenuim QA tool and functional testing
• Should be able to lead functional testing area strategically
• Must have worked in JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow as part of previous projects
