Gridiron is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Federal Program in Washington, DC.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of SFDC to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.
- Work closely with the SFDC Architect, Project Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.
- Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required.
- May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution.
- Lead internal development of business process story / requirement gathering.
- Provide process flow and other system diagramming.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
-1+ year of relevant experience in SFDC Business Analyst role
-6+ months experience working in SFDC
-Strong communication skills, business writing skills, hard-working, willing to learn, patient

Pay: $64,514.00 - $130,776.00 per year
