Dogwood Management Partners, an SDVOSB, is seeking a well-qualified individual for a SalesForce Business Intelligence Analyst opening to support a government program in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time position offering an excellent compensation program including benefits.

• Previous government contract experience preferred
• Position will require a TSA Entry on Duty clearance

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• 3+ years relevant Salesforce experience with Service Cloud
• 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience, or focus in project/program management
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, or Google Slides – able to build compelling presentations to communicate and to influence
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to secure cross-functional alignment
• Strong focus on systems analysis, process, process improvement, and quality

• A consistent track record of achieving goals while managing scope, time, quality and minimizing risk
• 3+ years of previous experience with Salesforce and its technologies

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES – EXPERIENCE NECESSARY IN THESE AREAS:

The selected candidate will be a part of an agile team that will drive cloud-first, mobile-first modernization initiatives to increase standardization and responsiveness while decreasing operations and maintenance costs. A significant component of this cloud modernization is the migration of its legacy systems to its SalesForce Software as a Service platform. This individual will apply SalesForce configuration and development skills in a cross-functional agile delivery environment with a focus on migration of the legacy systems to the SalesForce platform. Agile team members are expected to support the entire agile delivery lifecycle including backlog grooming, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
