The Salesforce Business Process Leader will be responsible for maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform within our business unit. As a member of the Salesforce Transformation team, the Salesforce Business Process Leader will work with business leaders and end users to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem and utilization of the platform is optimized, allowing users to work more efficiently and have greater insights in to the behaviors and activities that will enable them to meet their sales objectives.

What You’ll Do

Work with business leaders and end users (sales or services) to understand business processes and how they may be simplified or improved through the use of Salesforce, gather specific business requirements and optimize recommendations, and work with the Change Management team to develop training and documentation in support of the processes. All of these activities should support improved insights in to how our business can operate more efficiently and how our sales teams can have greater success.

  • Collaborate with multiple levels of the sales, marketing, finance and operations organizations, including process leaders/owners to understand current business issues and pain points
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform to address pain points and drive business value
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify gaps between current processes and enterprise process, define solutions to address gaps, document user stories and business requirements and associated business value
  • Provide analysis to drive prioritization of user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholders
  • Design and implement business solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality, scalability and timely delivery
  • Use your knowledge of Salesforce and other effective selling tools to design, communicate and deploy best practices
  • Effectively use data as a tool for decisions, innovation and challenging the status quo
  • Work with end users and our Salesforce Business Analysts to gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine business requirements
  • Assist in testing of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validation rules in Salesforce with input from business leaders
  • Desire to work independently in an extremely fast-paced high-growth team environment
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of Salesforce functionality including configuration, data and governance and the ability to translate that knowledge for end users

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions using Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment
  • Salesforce Admin certification preferred
  • Consulting experience a positive
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make decisions in a systematic manner
  • Strong Influencing, executive presence, strong presentation, technical writing, analytical & communication skills
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA, AHA!
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
