Summary/Objective
At Lippert Components, the role of the Business Systems Analyst is critical in the success of our Digital Experience team in delivering and maintaining technology products which exceed the expectations of our customers. This is a cross-functional role that will collaborate with Customers, engineers, developers, admins, and business users across the organization. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories, performing user acceptance testing, and communicating regularly with project team and stakeholders. This role will support a complex Salesforce.com environment, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, custom Lightning Platform development, and many third-party applications. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. An ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms, ERP systems, and agile project management, and will be passionate about customer service and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Work closely with customers, end users, technology teams, vendor partners and management.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Create wireframes based on requirements and solution for customer facing products.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Update, implement and maintain procedures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Manage competing resources and priorities.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- This role is highly visible. Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Product Development, Business Analysis, and/or Project Management.
- Some Salesforce.com consulting, administration, development, or analyst experience. Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline; OR, if no degree, 5 years of experience in Consulting, Product Development, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Ability to segment LCI’s complex business environment into components allowing issues/tasks to be split up into manageable parts to achieve goals timely and successfully.
- Ability to work with multiple LCI teams to leverage ideas and success stories, as well as lessons learned.
- Strong requirements gathering and interviewing skills to identify needs of stakeholders/end users and translate their needs into user stories for execution
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment. Scrum Master or related experience desired .
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
