Position: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, California (Remote to Start)

Duration: Long Term Contracts

Who We Are Looking For:

Incapsulate is searching for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA. You would be part of a highly-skilled group of passionate individuals working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects

.

What You Will Do:

• Effectively create user stories, case studies, BRDs, FRDs, and other artifacts.
• Work with the client project team and other key stakeholders to develop and document requirements in a clear, accurate, and meaningful manner.
• Assist and support technical implementations within the Salesforce environment.

What You Need:

• 4+ years experience as a business systems analyst; primarily in software development environments.
• 4+ years experience eliciting, documenting, and converting business needs into technical requirements.
• 4+ years working in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments;
• 2+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment.
• 2+ years of Project/Client management experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
• Salesforce certification(s) is highly desired.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
