Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

• 3+ years of Product Management experience 10+ years of demonstrable experience in IT implementing various projects /programs for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proficient and good understanding and experience of Business Analysis of Sales Cloud, high proficiency in Salesforce for Enterprise and/or SMB sales capabilities
• Deep understanding of Sales Enablement including the full Sales Funnel (emphasis on the Lead to Quote stage)
• Identify the underlying business needs, especially when given prescribed solutions or vague requirements
• Own ideation, strategy, technical development, and delivery of business solutions for our Sales Platform.
• Establish and manage relationships with business partners, such as Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commerce teams
• Drive the governance of the system integrity and performance of various sales platforms
• Drive agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum (JIRA hands on)
