Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Mounds View, MN  (Remote work is available during the COVID-19 crisis then after Onsite)

Interview process: Phone interview and WebEx

Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience with a bachelors degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
• 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce.com platform; demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers within a complex (+3 business units) SFDC organization.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst and/or systems consultant including the development of business requirements and test plan documents.
• SFDC Administrator Certification strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of system design and development lifecycles
• Experience with SF mobile configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Data Loader
• Strong project management skills and experience, and the ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions
• Understanding of databases and how to extract/analyze data
• Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
• Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management
• Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change
• Previous work experience within the Life Sciences sector preferred
• Experience doing data analysis on commercial sales and finance data from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics to business management and users
• Experienced with visualization tools such as Tableau and Business Objects
