Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with clinical trial experience for one of their ongoing projects. The ideal candidate in this position must have excellent troubleshooting ability, problem solving and analytical skills. Work closely with our business partners and other IT teams. This position will require in-depth understanding of the applications within the application portfolio.

Location: Bay Area CA

Contract: 12+ months

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the client group in identifying issues, understanding the business needs and providing solutions.
• Maintains a broad knowledgeable of the information technology environment and applies this knowledge to business solutions.
• Communicates complicated technical concepts to business leaders and leads teams in a collaborative environment.
• Provides an advanced level of functional support to end users of the application and can analyze problems and deliver solutions while maintaining the integrity and performance of the application.
• Work as the applications subject matter expert to assist with developing system testing processes.
• Maintains system setup codes, configurations, and documentation up to date in order to maintain standards and best practices, high performance of the system, reduce downtime, and high user productivity.
• Develops advanced ad-hoc reports and queries in analyzing data Work as the business process coordinator through-out the enterprise of users and assist with support of complex business solutions.
• Recommends new solutions and upgrades in alignment with strategic plans and business requirements.
• Perform all duties inherent in all supervisory, professional and administrative positions. Consistent with all positions in this classification, additional projects, tasks and/or duties beyond what is outlined may be assigned as required.

Qualification:

• Extensive experience in a Business Systems Analyst role supporting business units globally and experience with SFDC Sales Cloud administration
• Indepth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through AppExchange and/or integration with external systems
• Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
• Deep understanding of Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity Management
• Good understanding of related business processes like contract management, quoting, and the order/fulfillment cycle in order to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions
• Design and implementation experience with SalesForce.com, Partner Communities, and Apttus
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with Einstein Analytics and Salesforce CPQ is a plus
• Experience with Sales enablement platforms (ie: SAVO/Seismic) is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive delivery and execution
• Ability to drive business consensus and simplify processes and designs
• Ability to document interfaces and data flows
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish working relationships with personnel at all levels in the organization
• Ability to effectively manage the confidentiality of information
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
• Experience with Project Management tools and methodology a plus
