Location: Lone Tree, CO
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Lone Tree, CO.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering quality products and solutions to customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs, supporting the development of business cases, developing business requirements and supporting product development and deployment.
• Provides leadership and support to business and system partners through requirements gathering, process development, change management and training programs.
• Develop and execute an overall project plan, communicate project status and escalate issues, manage risk, conduct post-project evaluations, maintain issues lists and resolve outstanding issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6-10 Years' experience in a BSA role
• Must have strong project management skills in financial services, systems development, product development and/or project/product management.
• Must have strong understanding of how Salesforce works.
• Must have experience with Web Services and API integration work

• Experience in demonstrating leadership and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groups.
• Solid understanding of formal development methodologies.
• Strong consultative, listening, communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills.
• A PMP Certification is preferred.
