What We are Looking For  

Looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Mortgage, Financial or Banking domain experience. At least 2 end to end Financial Services Clouds solution deployments required.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across systems.
• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions.
• Experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
• Experienced with creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and related processes.
• Create/execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
• Conduct process-specific training activities to educate technical and non-technical users of the solutions you configure and support.
• Ability to interact with highly technical resources, both on-shore, and off-shore

Qualifications

• Require experience w/ Financial Services definitely Financial Services Cloud
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Lightning required
• Experience with large enterprise development and release procedures is preferred
• Experience in Mortgage or Financial industry required.
• Experience with Salesforce analysis, objects, workflow, and integrations
• Experience in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce is preferred
• Advanced Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
