The digital delivery team is looking for a strong Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Advisor to join their growing team! You will be responsible for implementing and improving several critical features primarily on Salesforce.com and other cloud applications. You will be required to understand complex front office business processes with an emphasis on sales and marketing applications. You must have experience in implementing large scale salesforce.com projects. You will also design, code, test, debug enterprise applications to meet business needs. Come join our team today.
Responsibilities
- Implements key projects using salesforce.com and other cloud applications
- Provides guidance and expertise to develop mission critical process flows and solutions for business problems
- Designs and implements complex tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications to business scenarios
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of business users
- Manages changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards
- Integrates salesforce.com to other applications using Rest APIs and web services
- Manages system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members
- Works with System Integrators and external vendor resources
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of Information Technology experience required
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Salesforce certifications preferred (admin and sales cloud certified)
- Salesforce lightning implementation experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with others
- Demonstrated ability to solve user issues
- Advanced technical experience
- Ability to mentor team members
- Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis
- Ability to implement new systems and tools
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions
- Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Other related certifications are a plus
