Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with M&A
Location: Indiana - Indianapolis (ET)
Description:
- Work with stakeholders involved in the M&A to understand their business objectives.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions focusing on Lead to Opportunity & Opportunity Forecasting
- Provide Pro's and Con's analysis of merging processes and systems into an existing -Salesforce system or maintaining the status quo.
- Plan and facilitate workshops/interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into business plans/solutions.
- Document system work in agile artifacts - user stories & acceptance criteria, to be developed by scrum teams in 2 week sprints.
- Perform Salesforce technical and platform analysis to determine how to transform present business and system processes into future business system processes in different (existing) system .
- Proven ability to breakdown requirements into L1 to L4 formats.
- Deliver necessary as is & to be flow charts and ERD diagrams to represent business and system processes/data.
- Gather and coordinate project impact assessments from various groups within a client’s organization.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations & demo's.
- Provide project status reporting to management.
- Assist with testing scenarios and validate results.
- Liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Salesforce Platform required. Experienced implementing and configuring features.
- At least 4 years of business analyst experience or in similar role.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and familiar with Leads, Lead Generation,Lead Pass, Opportunity Mirroring and Opportunity Forecasting .
- Knowledge of Marketo and Mulesoft a plus.
- Experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- SQL/Database expertise a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex business process.
- Analytical problem-solving approach.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information.
- Understand the technology, data management, information flow, and data governance issues.
- Previous experience from consulting environment and M&A projects desirable.
