Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a function in delivering high quality robust and resilient service & support delivery across Aggreko’s Salesforce platform
  • Define, own, communicate and implement Salesforce CoE roadmap.
  • Working with our Enterprise Architect, ensure project designs meet our design standards as part of our ongoing programme for Salesforce growth
  • Agile delivery of high quality small changes and enhancements and small projects.
  • Support for CI initiatives and macro plan project delivery
  • Working with our Architecture team, help shape, maintain and deliver a roadmap for Sales/CRM, FSM and CPQ Services
  • Development and support of associated business processes
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure services remain aligned and relevant to business priorities
  • Build the capability of the team to deliver the above
  • Engagement with, and effective management of, appropriate 3rd party suppliers

Education / Qualifications
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certifications are desirable
  • ITIL Foundation Level Certified desirable
  • Project management qualification desirable (APM, PRINCE 2, or equivalent)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt desirable
Professional Skills / Experience
  • Significant experience of managing teams with a proven track record of delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of the application lifecycle, project delivery, and agile techniques
  • An understanding of the local power rental and power projects business is desirable
  • Knowledge of best practice in Sales and CRM Services
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce application
  • Previous experience of Salesforce Implementations
Personal Skills / Experience
  • Excellent leadership skills – able to shape strategy, and build capability
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of shaping a team to best support and configure a SAAS application (Salesforce)
  • Strong delivery capability – able to get things done, and perform under pressure
  • Able to manage and develop people and hold them to account
  • Commercially astute and able to performance manage suppliers
  • Able to analyse and use data to drive decision making
  • Proven experience in supporting a business critical application
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills are essential
  • Analytical, resourceful and self-motivated individual
