Job Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or a Non-Computer Science Bachelor's Degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps. (Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years of relevant experience).
- 3 years of Minimum relevant experience with Salesforce.com objects to meet business requirements.
- Experience supporting Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile.
- Experience with collaborating with product owners, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a team-based environment
- Demonstrate adherence to all the Salesforce.com best practices.
- Experience in Software Development using Object Oriented Programming such as C++ or Java
- Experience in developing enterprise software using Salesforce.com platform and experience with the some of the following Salesforce.com developer skill sets:
- Apex Classes
- Controllers and Triggers
- Visualforce
- Web Services
- Lightning Component
- Experience following low level designs and performing application builds
- Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems using 3rd party tools.
- Demonstrate adherence to all the Salesforce.com best practices.
- Referenceable examples of developing custom code for salesforce.com application.
- Experience in data migration and integration.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities.
- Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, etc.).
- Experience working in a team-based delivery environment, preferable in agile scrum teams.
- Experience creating and managing sandbox and production environments.
- Strong expertise on various Salesforce.com APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
- Strong expertise in writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
- Experience in developing enterprise software using Salesforce.com platform using Lightning Web Component.
