Our many opportunities can lead to infinite possibilities.Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to implement a change management framework for a large-scale Salesforce project but also to implement a project delivery structure for the marketing services platform team and track all the key platform/Salesforce projects.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesOne of the key initiatives as part of the role will be to plan and implement organisational changes needed to support changed business processes as part of the Salesforce Hit the numbers project. You will work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure alignment across the technical implementation, process changes and change framework:The responsibilities for this key initiative are but are not limited to:Creating and validating measures of success for the change for each phase of the projectDefine and implement a set of recommendations/behaviours for different profiles/roles to follow to help drive efficiency and adoptionAssess adoption risks and plan mitigation strategiesDefining and implementing a program level champion strategyDefining and implementing a training strategy and conducting certain user training e.g. train the trainerDeveloping a communication plan to prepare users for upcoming changesLead business process workshops to align business groups on new processesIn addition to this key project you will be responsible for tracking any other large projects within the Salesforce and platform team. This may include projects such as:Enhancements to our marketing automation toolEnhancements to our e-commerce platformLarge changes to the Pro Sony websiteStrategic projects across the marketing services teams e.g. process changesEnhancements to our Salesforce platformWith any project assigned you will be responsible for the following:Ensure the project is initiated correctly, engaging the correct stakeholders and all parties understand their role and responsibility within the projectAlign the necessary resources for the projectTrack actions, risks, issues and dependenciesCommunicate updates to stakeholders and project teamEnsuring the project is on track in terms of timings and budgetEscalate project issues where required to Head of CRMQualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in a related discipline (marketing/business or data science/technical field)Experienced in managing change management programmes- minimum 3 years’ experienceStrong business transformation skills with SalesforceChange management experience within the technology industryExperience in managing bespoke solution and product deliveriesExperience in managing multiple projects at the same time A self-starterA strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skillsGood management skillsStrong communication skills with experience working in a B2B businessPositive attitude with a willingness to get stuck inStrong problem solving and influencing skillsAdditional qualifications:Salesforce certifications a plusProject management qualifications e.g. PRINCE 2 Key Performance IndicatorsUser data accuracyIncrease in sales efficiencySales pipeline opportunity and forecasting accuracyChange control on requests and projectsProject budgetsPlease note - this is an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension.
