SFCC & SFMC Architect | Union City, CA( Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect)
Has more than 8+ years of experience working on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and related Salesforce/AppExchange products
Demonstrated skills in at least 4 to 5 major Customer Cloud transformation projects in Salesforce Domain
Well Versed with AI/Client latest trends and techniques that involve the Social, Mobile, Cloud and Web Analytics
Responsible to close commercial/sales deals and improve revenue, profitability for SFMC/Pardot/DMP projects
Should be able to present any reusable accelerators/tools, templates, best practices and framework to manage the Pre-Sales, Project Delivery
Should be able to provide thought leadership on Digital Marketing domains and be able to present on Salesforce product suite involving SFMC/Pardot with Sales/Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, DMP, AI/Client
To take ownership in GTM (Go to Market) Strategy, Salesforce alliance Partner relationship, Practice level Budget requirements and achieve targets in NA region
Should be able to play the role of SME for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, AppExchange products in combination with other Salesforce products
To own Commercial/Sales activities (Client Presentations, Thought Leadership, POVs) and help in closing deals on SFMC/Pardot applications
Proven Experience in providing Product Consulting, Implementation Roadmap, Program Management, Delivery Processes, CoE Lead activities
Excellent presentation skills and capable of building & telling compelling story to Senior Leadership Team
Interpret client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs in the implementation, enhancement and support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud centric commerce projects
Work closely with clients and internal team members to understand the client’s business and their existing use of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
Design complete solutions for web applications and integration techniques, extensions or enhancements to the platform
Document using technical specification and diagrams that will stand as reference to the development team for building the solution as well as hand-off to our support team prior to launch
Provide updates throughout the development cycle
As the Salesforce Commerce Cloud subject matter expert you will share knowledge with your team and help mentor newer developers
Share new ideas and techniques that are relevant to the e-commerce space
Participate in internal process improvements to our software development life cycle
Have the ability to fully understand code and help developers troubleshoot code issues, algorithms and know how to leverage object oriented technique
Qualifications – External
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of technical architect/lead developer experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Marketing cloud
3+ years in an agency partner setting
10 years of programming/development experience is required
2+ years of experience in a client facing role
Ability to lead and manage discussions and communicate to a wide range of audiences
Manage time and priorities effectively without day-to-day oversight
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and different approaches to it
Self-driven and motivated
Exceptional communication skills
