Position: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead

Job Location: 100% REMOTE position

Client Location: Dallas TX

Description:

• 10+ years of experience in E-commerce area and 5+ years in Demandware/ SFCC area
• Experience in setting up monitoring of E-commerce app and associated up and downstream services in SFCC and any of the monitoring tools (New Relic / Datadog)
• View on common 4xx and 5xx errors and ability to setup proactive measures, quick triaging
• Experience in SFCC Error log analysis
• Experience supporting E-commerce apps and operations for large global retailers
• 1+ year of experience in website analytics tools/services like Google Analytics (GA)
• Understanding of website traffic and throttling strategies
• Understanding website domain hosting platforms Akamai and its tools & applications
• Experience in triaging/understanding how websites are hosted and understanding underlying applications architecture
• Experience in developing/supporting ecommerce websites/mobile apps with shopping cart and payment processing functionalities
• Experience in handling websites, mobile apps, and API-driven requests , issues triaging
• Experience in supporting cloud based websites and mobile applications
• Understanding of latest security threats including malware, phishing , DDoS and other advanced attacks
