Quick Apply |Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description ExamSoft Salesforce Community Manager Dallas, TX ExamSoft is seeking a talented and organized Product Support Community Manager to manage a Salesforce online Community. The Product Support Community Manager is equal parts technical writer, product support, forum manager, and project management. This person will be responsible for writing and editing content for the ExamSoft User Community website, gathering and updating existing documentation, and managing the overall site. The ideal candidate will have solid experience writing structured, user-focused content for internal documentation projects and external user communities, such as forums and help sections. This position will collaborate with members of the marketing, engineering, product, support, and implementation teams to organize, develop, and publish Community articles and product documentation for our users. This position will report to the Associate Director, Marketing Content & Communication. Our office is currently remote, so this position will be remote to start as well. Dallas-area candidates preferred. Responsibilities: Develop new documentation and articles based on need and in conjunction with various internal teams Ensure branding and consistency in Community content Post content to Salesforce / SFDC Community site Help determine related content and relevant information for various user groups Manage the ExamSoft User Community site Maintain, update, and organize the existing content so that it is accurate and easily utilized by appropriate clients and users Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Experience using Salesforce Community Cloud preferred Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests 4+ years in relevant work experience Passion for writing and supporting digital communities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Multi-disciplined in digital community management, technical writing, and project management Strong relationship management skills and ability to develop relationships quickly | Quick Apply
