3.5| ||Full-time|3 hours ago| Full Job Description SIERRA7, INC is seeking a Sales Force Configuration Administrator for our Customer Contact Center in support of our federal client’s customer inquiries relating to various Human Capital Service Center (HCSC) programs. The Sales Force Configuration Administrator will be responsible for providing configuration, administration, and sustainment/maintenance support of the Salesforce® CRM tool and web portal providing webpage updates and maintenance. Required Skills and Experience: Collaborate with project manager, designers, and other developers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, and work through permutations to find the best solution possible. Interact with clients to provide technical insight regarding project updates as well as leading requirements and design sessions with the client. Develop and administer fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, validations and other Salesforce.com objects and functions, including creating custom objects when necessary. Build and maintain workflow using Process Builder processes, workflow rules and triggers. Assist with the full development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployments Create New User Profiles and Monitor Access Levels Clearance Required: This position may require a government background investigation. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 8+ years of related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
