Mason Frank are working with a business solution focused organisation who are currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their office in London. This will be a complex role and you will be required to hold not only the knowledge but the confidence to work with a number of integrations on the Salesforce platform. You will act almost as a Product Owner therefore, extensive knowledge of Salesforce is essential as well as the ability to adapt to new business systems with ease.

Responsibilties

• Day to day support of the internal wider business systems - this may include but is not limited to; managing requests from users, troubleshooting issues raised and supporting users in best practise use of the systems
• Work closely with other technical teams and end users
• Improving user functionality
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with people from all different levels of the business
• Strong MS Office skills particularly in excel
• Multiple Salesforce certification will be a bonus
