Works across multiple projects

- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
- Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable)

- Salesforce certified
- Fluent in English
- Ambitious, proactive, resilient and flexible
- Strong communicator and team player
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills and have the ability to prioritise
- Result driven, self motivated person
- Functional Knowledge of Flows and Process Builders
- Understanding of the different Salesforce Clouds
- Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
- Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Result oriented persons
- Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level
- Excellent presentation and demo skills
