A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a Lead Salesforce Consultant to join a leading charity based in Central London. This leading charity are going through a sustained period of growth and are now looking for a Salesforce expert to help with the day to day running of the Salesforce system, lead, and grow a team. As the Salesforce Consultant, you will be the technical expert around all things Salesforce while also providing training to the wider business.

As the Lead Salesforce Consultant, you need previous experience managing and leading a team, extensive Salesforce knowledge and at least 5 years in a technology environment. You will be a certified Salesforce professional with excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Desirable skills for the Lead Salesforce Consultant:

• Extensive Salesforce Knowledge (3+ years)
• Have a good understanding of SaaS systems, models & development.
• Experience managing staff and leading teams (3+ years)
• Current Salesforce Certifications
• Excellent communication skills and able to translate technical issues clearly.
