Title: Salesforce Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (no parking)
Duration six months to start - October 2021
Interview Process: 2 rounds of phone/video interviews - they will speak to her and a colleague with more expertise to do technical screen in salesforce
Notes: ideally this person has extensive Salesforce experience implementing customer journey- bring in a resource to leverage salesforce marketing cloud implementing customer journey - launching emails and analytics.

- The candidate must have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (https://www.salesforce.com/eu/products/marketing-cloud/platform/) specifically the Content Builder module and Analytics Builder module
- The candidate must have experience implementing marketing campaigns using the Journey Builder and Personalization Builder modules
- The candidate must have experience successfully configuring A/B tests on Salesforce to measure the effectiveness of two different email set-ups
- Experience creating extensive documentation so that we can capture and transfer knowledge back internally to BCG to continue to carry out the use of Journey Builder and Personalization Builder modules
Nice to have:
- If the candidate has experience integrating data from other platforms (such as an LMS or LXP) into Salesforce to help drive the activity of the Journey Builder/Personalization Builder
- If the candidate has experience providing recommendations on the most impactful Salesforce analytics to measure impact of marketing communities initiatives and campaigns
