This position&nbsp; is a contract to hire opportunity.&nbsp;</p><p><b><u>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></b>&nbsp;This role combines the skills of a Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst, and Salesforce Consultant. This is a senior level role with the expectation to work directly with application development, technical architecture and master data teams. The role is responsible for the overall solution implementation.</p><p><b><u>Required Skills:</u></b></p><ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience</li> <li>Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration</li> <li>Strong understanding of data architecture best practices</li> <li>Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues</li> <li>BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to run Salesforce projects as a stand-alone leader</li> <li>Significant experience gathering requirements and implementing data migrations, data maintenance routines, and system integrations</li> <li>Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce Desired Skills / Certifications</li> <li>Any or a mix of Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant)</li> <li>Other Salesforce certifications a plus</li> <li>Experience with SAP Master Data and partner functions</li> <li>Experience working in large, multi-year projects</li></ul><p>EEO Employer</p><p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
