We are currently looking for: Sr. Salesforce Consultant opportunity

Title: Sr. Salesforce Consultant Location: Hoboken, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: DOE

Required Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong skills in soliciting and capturing requirements, translation of business to technical requirements and use of requirement management tools such as JIRA
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform – Force.com basics, SF security model
• Good knowledge of the Sales and Service Cloud lightning features
• Ability to perform Salesforce configurations and generate Salesforce reports
• Salesforce admin certification, Advanced admin certification is a plus
• Should be able to single handedly communicate with the customer and gather functional requirements and manage conflicts if necessary
• Ability to write user stories and elaborate in a Salesforce specific manner so that it is easily understood by the development team
• Ability to guide QA team on manual testing activities
• Ability to perform demonstrations to the customer at the end of every Sprint
• Ability to assess user impact and create rollout plans (e.g. Lightning migration)
