Role Definition:

As information technology financial services specialists, we are looking to enhance our growing Salesforce Practice by recruiting a Salesforce Consultant to work with one of our financial services

clients. The successful candidate will bring Salesforce experience and expertise for design and delivery of solutions on behalf of Intellect Design Arena for our client.

What you will bring to the role:

·         5yrs + as a Consultant in a mid/large organisation.

·         5yrs + Salesforce Platform Design and Development Experience.

·         Expert technical understanding and systems integration experience with Salesforce Platforms including Sales, Service, Financial Services, Community, Marketing and App Cloud.

·         Multiple Salesforce Certifications across Admin (Admin/Advanced Admin), Development (App Builder, Platform Developer) and Cloud (Sales and Service)

·         Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform

·         Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues

·         Hands on experience of building Lightning components, Lightning Connect, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Scheme Builder and Lightning Framework.

·         Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.

·         Expertise in Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting, dashboards and application roll outs.

·         Hands on experience with both Agile (SCRUM, SAFE or LEAN) and Waterfall methodologies.

·         Multiple Salesforce Project Deployments including release and environment management.

·         Experience with full development lifecycle, code management strategies, advanced technical concepts, architecture and security approaches, capacity considerations and integration approaches.

·         Experience with system configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows and data loader

·         Must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom
