The Birley Clubs

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join the Birley Clubs, based in Fitzrovia, London.

The Birley Clubs currently encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in the heart of Mayfair.

The Salesforce Consultant will work independently to support a wide variety of users from senior management to users in the Clubs.

The main responsibilities of the Salesforce Consultant will be:
  • Support circa 80 users by resolving issues and streamlining processes
  • Ongoing system administration (Classic) – Workflows/Process Builders/Security/User Setup
  • Work with external Salesforce partner to:
o Further customise the platform by submitting business requirements and undergo testing
o Resolve code issues
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with vendors and Salesforce Partner
  • Provide some support to a second Salesforce instance (Lightning)
  • Provide user maintenance in Salesforce integration applications
  • Maintenance of Salesforce records, including exception reporting and bulk updates.
  • Creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Help form business requirements/needs to 3rd party implementers as part of an ongoing change programme
  • Ownership and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce documentation.
  • Ownership of user on-boarding and basic training, including documentation and training delivery.
  • Evaluating current practices and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve current processes.
  • Support in the management of all existing and future technical integrations
  • Support the membership team as necessary with reporting and admin
The Ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Salesforce Consultant (or similar role).
  • ADM201 accreditation.
  • Experience of both Salesforce Classic and Lightning beneficial.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand, document and translate business needs to technical 3rd parties
  • Ability to support colleagues, providing clear direction in the use of Salesforce.
  • Passion for technology adoption and problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manipulate data
  • Experience of membership/subscription based business beneficial
  • Experience in the hospitality industry beneficial
  • Experience with Tevalis and ResDiary beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively guide and advise users
