Cloud Ursa are a registered Salesforce consultancy, based in Cambridgeshire who work with a range of customers across the UK and Europe and are registered partners of Salesforce.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who wishes to develop a career within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

The job role will include but not be limited to the following:

• Helping to identify, draft responses to, and tender for Salesforce projects
• Help to manage and improve social media channels, LinkedIn, Twitter and Website
• Learn how to run Salesforce management projects
• Help new clients make the most of the Salesforce.com Platform
• Managing stakeholders, run meetings, and help train customers on using Salesforce
• Learning to gather requirements and build technical solutions within Salesforce
• Defining strategy, understanding client’ business process, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
• Setup and implementation for new users / clients
• Help with billing and invoicing for customer projects

L4 Business Analyst

All you need is EEWAP – Energy, Enthusiasm, Willingness to Learn, Ability to Take Feedback and Propensity to Take Action. You’ll also need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.

As well as completing your apprenticeship, over time you'll become a fully certified consultant and own projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment.
