4.3| ||Full-time|2 hours ago| Full Job Description Overview: The Salesforce CRM Administrator is the bridge between the customer and production applications. This is the first implementation of Salesforce for the agency and therefore this position will help define the operations and maintenance tasks. The position is responsible for managing the support team’s intake of inquiries, creating and maintaining internal and external user accounts, and setup of security configuration. This position will also create, design, and maintain reports and dashboards. The Salesforce CRM Administrator makes recommendations for improving processes and best practices based on analysis; creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and maintenance of help-related materials for users. Works in collaboration with other team members and management. Responsibilities: Production support of multiple Salesforce orgs and its environments as a part of an enterprise-wide platform. Troubleshoots and provides solutions to end user issues. Accurately represent the business needs, and effectively communicate them with end users and the Salesforce development team. Perform Tier 2 level application support, communicating with customers verbally and in writing on issues, resolutions and expectations. Serves as resource for agency specific Salesforce org and its applications. Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts. Maintains assign profile, permission set, group, and queues. Coordinate with IT shared services provider and mission organization stakeholders to troubleshoot and deploy salesforce solutions. Create and maintain reports and dashboards. Perform production deployment as needed. Create and provide training to end-users. Maintain a lessons-learned database or FAQs to be shared with the end-users. Identify and implement process improvements to support the Salesforce administration processes. Participates in team meetings. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required 3 (three) years of Salesforce administration experience. 2 (two) years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management. 5+ years total experience Certification as a Salesforce Administrator preferred Demonstrated experience performing general salesforce.com support functions including user account maintenance, reports, profiles, dashboards, workflows, new user setup, and other related tasks. Experience partnering with the development team to design solutions to resolve issues. Provide End User Training and Documentation during roll-out. Excellent interpersonal skills Experience communicating with and managing the expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented, solve problems, and think “out of box” Proven self-starter, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial Preferred experience in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment experience, as well as front-end visualization.
