Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce CRM Architect for a contract to hire role in the Western Milwaukee, WI area
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyze the business requirements, work with various business and IT teams in identifying the data elements and preparing detailed specifications from which programs are written
- Work with business user to gather requirements
- Write user stories
- Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience with Salesforce.com administration, business analyst, or development
- Demonstrated expertise and experience with various CRM applications and relational database applications.
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning)
- Familiar with Agile methodology and User Story creation.
- Experience with migrating an instance to Salesforce Lightning a plus.
- Experience with migrating an instance to Financial Services Cloud a plus.
