The ideal candidate is a Salesforce.com expert and an advanced professional in systems & process design and implementation. As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business systems needs. You will gather and document requirements, design and document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on Salesforce.com technologies and various integrations (e.g. SAP, Marketo, Tableau) to support CRM systems and processes
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
In this role, you will work closely with other cross functional teams eBusiness Platform/IT, BPS and marketing teams through each stage of the software development lifecycle.
As an experienced analyst, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, provide consulting and CRM support, provide necessary analytics on the platform.
Qualifications & Skills:
Overall Salesforce.com experience, certifications preferred
At least 3-5 years of professional experience using Salesforce.com
Business Analyst experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
Understanding of customer relationship management tools required
Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills
General knowledge of sales principles and/or experience dealing with a remote and global sales force a plus; training experience a plus
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
Hands On experience using CRM , Jira, Confluence, Excel
