Salesforce CRM Lead- Global Effectiveness
Location: Westminster, CO
As the leader of sales effectiveness you will be responsible for leading the efforts of a team that configures Salesforce.com, internal applications, and BI/Data while partnering with the Sales, Operations/Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product Management teams to improve operational efficiency, helping us to achieve substantial revenue growth, and deliver an amazing customer experience. You should have a strong understanding of cloud based business applications, extensive experience with data management and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams, regions simultaneously.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Salesforce.com administration/configuration and reporting analytics for our Sales and Customer Support organization
- Create reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide Sales and Customer Service KPIs for senior management; fulfill miscellaneous reporting requests
- Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflows, etc.
- Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
- Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation
- Work with Business Analyst team to create and publish best practices in relation to our products and Salesforce configuration
- Support partner implementations within our internal instance
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
- Identify opportunities for new applications, application optimization, redesign, or development within the Sales and Customer Service teams
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years Sales Operations/Support experience with extensive experience in Salesforce.com administration, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator/Developer strongly preferred
- 5 Years development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Connect, Apex code
- Experience with multi Salesforce instance development, “Hub and Spoke” experience
- Strong investigation skills, project requirements development, and documentation creation
- Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce preferred- phone systems, survey tools, CPQ, analytics, ERPs
- Experience leading and working with outside contracted SF developers for work related to to Salesforce projects
- Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, other IT managers, internal stakeholders and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
- Data migration and integration experience
- Data cleansing and import/export of large volumes of data
- Ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interrupts, bug fixes, problem solve, and manage projects with high level of professionalism
- Scrum and/or Agile experience, working and managing a project management system for reporting on work history, work status, and maintaining work assignments associated with sprint schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- BS Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field desired
- MBA or Masters in Information Technology
