Job Details
My client, a global leading insurance firm based in London are looking for SalesForce CRM Lead to join their Retail division based in London.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience rolling out Salesforce to large organizations and someone who has experience of data management with in SalesForce as well.
Job Description:
- Liaising with business owners and transforming business problems in to CRM solutions
- Line Management of Salesforce Administrator and any other support required
- Oversight of data management and cleansing - ensuring Salesforce Retail protocols and governance are adhered to in conjunction with Area and Regional Management.
- Liaison with my client other Salesforce users to
- share best practice,
- monitor adherence to protocols iro shared prospects and escalate to appropriate line management when necessary
- Liaison with
- Salesforce
- the US Salesforce team iro Salesforce upgrade roll out and ongoing system upgrades
- My clients wider IT Team.
Skills Required:
- Strong Experience of Salesforce
- Experience of delivering full lifecycle Salesforce/CRM programmes
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Technically Savvy
- Ability to navigate the senior management matrix effectively
- Good knowledge of data insight, Salesforce reporting and Salesforce marketing cloud.
